How do I correct the information that is in the districts Club Locator system?
STEPS:
    1. Login to your club's website, go to Control Panel
    2. Select "Club" Tab
    3. Scroll to bottom listings under "Setup" and select "Name and Description"

•    if you have not already add your 'club number' as assigned by Rotary International (this is important if opting for the One Rotary Partner Program with Club Express whereby your membership data is synchronized with Member Access data at Rotary International.
•    Purpose - if you add,  it increases the chance on the web that more people will find your website
•    Where you see "Directory Info" - you can put an 'ad' there -- like "Join us for our weekly meeting at  Joes Bar and Grill, 5:30 PM, cash bar" - Joke, but you get the point.
•    You'll then see three address fields. The first two are where people can mail letters to your club and send checks (could be separate addresses); the third is 'where you club meets' - this is what gets posted on Club Locator.  So if your club changes locations in the year, you can update here.  This shouldn't be a P.O. Box as it is a geocoding system that requires a street address.
•    Next are contact information - where you change what you want to appear on club locator.  Remember that this information is public, so you might want to use a generic email address like info@___your club's domain.org   For phone number consider getting a free Google Voice phone number for your club where calls go into a voicemail box, are transcribed and emailed to one of your officers; thus protecting home/work numbers from the public.

Enjoy.

Sincerely,

Dave
