Dear Club Presidents:
District update - please share with your Club members:
Opportunities for FREE PPE and Hand Sanitizer - but please act quickly:
Because we are Rotary, I have been approached by two different companies who want to donate large amounts of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hand sanitizer. This is all high-quality inventory.
40,000 individually wrapped & sterilized surgical masks - cartons of 2,000
4,000 KN-95 masks - cartons of 500
1,000 non-surgical isolation gowns - cartons of 100
The other has:
5,000 gallons of hand sanitizer - cases of 4 - 1 gallon jugs
The masks and gowns are at a warehouse in Elk Grove Village, and the supplier will allow pickup there, or is willing to ship via FedEx ground to any location in our District at the supplier's expense.
The hand sanitizer is at a warehouse in Aurora near Naperville, and is for pickup only.
Please let me know if one of your charitable partners has need of these items, and to contact me via email to arrange for pickup/delivery.
We would prefer to see this used for more immediate needs rather that stockpiling for future use, and we would like to serve a number of recipients rather than one group ask for all of it. When it's gone, it's gone.
Please help us get this in the hands of charities that need it.
