Club Tax Return – Requirement
The IRS requires that all clubs/districts in the U.S. and its territories file an annual information return. If your club/district’s tax year follows the Rotary year, the deadline to file is 15 November. More information is available on irs.gov and in our FAQ at www.rotary.org.

The Charitable Foundation of Rotary 6450, Inc.
The District Board of Directors have established a new district foundation.  Clubs may apply to register with the foundation to seek advance approval of club service projects which can then manage the finances, including donations, through the foundation, thus qualifying for donor IRS deductions.
