Board of Directors

DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS sets policy and give overall guidance for district service to clubs; 6 at large directors and the rest by virtue of their appointed position: DG, DGE, DGN, Immediate PDG, Treasurer, and Secretary.  The DG Nominee Designate may also serve in an at large position.

The board has committees that include: Finance, Foundation, Financial Review, Board Nominating, Youth Services, and District Governor Nomination.  Special committees and task forces may be established by the Governor.

The constitution and bylaws for the District are set via business meetings of its member clubs.  An annual meeting is held at or near the time of the district conference, and other business meetings may be called from time to time, including resolutions using electronic media.
